Personal data processing policy

Who processes your data, which data exactly, what for, where it is stored and how to withdraw consent.

Revision of 12 September 2026

1. Who processes the data

The operator is [Aleksey Levshinskii, status: self-employed, tax ID [ИНН]], the website abrahamden.dev.

Personal data requests: [personal data contact address].

2. Which data is collected

Through the brief form on this site:

  • the contact you provide yourself: an email address, a messenger handle or a phone number;
  • your preferred channel of contact;
  • the description of the task and the answers to the brief, including the budget range and the deadline;
  • the date and time of submission.

The form does not ask for identity documents, payment details or anything else that is not needed while a task is still being discussed.

The service that receives submissions additionally records technical details of the request: the IP address and browser information. These are used to protect against automated submissions.

3. What it is processed for

The only purpose is to reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work: to estimate the task, ask clarifying questions and agree terms.

The data is not used for mailing lists, not passed to third parties and not sold.

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the checkbox under the form. The checkbox is not ticked by default, and the form cannot be submitted without it.

5. Where the data is stored

Initial collection and storage take place on servers located in the Russian Federation.

A copy of the enquiry is duplicated to email and to a messenger, so that an enquiry is not lost if one of the channels is unavailable.

6. How long it is kept

Until the correspondence about the enquiry ends, plus one year in case the conversation resumes. After that it is deleted.

If work has started, the retention period is set by the contract.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

  • ask which of your data is being processed;
  • require it to be corrected or deleted;
  • withdraw your consent to processing.

An email to [personal data contact address] is enough. A withdrawal is handled within the period set by law; after it, the data is deleted unless there is another lawful basis for keeping it.

8. Cookies and statistics

The site sets no analytics cookies and loads no counters before you consent. Technical cookies necessary for the page to work may be used without consent.

No third-party forms, widgets or scripts are used on the site.
