  1. 01Understanding the task

    A half-hour call or chat. I find out what is actually needed, not what the first message says.

  2. 02Estimate

    For a website — price and deadline. For a system — a range and a plan by stages. Free, in two working days.

  3. 03Prototype

    Structure and a rough layout first, code second. Changes are cheap at this stage.

  4. 04Development

    Once a week I write what is done and what is next. Interim versions are open by link.

  5. 05Handover

    Domain, hosting, code, instructions — all yours. Two weeks of fixes after delivery, free.

About me

One project at a time. I do not take the next one until the first is delivered — so I go deep and do not disappear.
