By ticking the box “I agree to the processing of my personal data” under the form on abrahamden.dev, I give [Aleksey Levshinskii, status: self-employed, tax ID [ИНН]] (the Operator) my consent to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
Which data
The data I enter in the form myself: a contact for reply, a preferred channel of contact, a description of the task, the answers to the brief, the budget range and the deadline.
Which actions I permit
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — whether by automated means or not.
What for
Solely so that the Operator can contact me about my enquiry, estimate the task and discuss the terms of possible work.
Duration
The consent is valid until the correspondence about the enquiry ends plus one year, or until it is withdrawn.
How to withdraw it
By email to [personal data contact address]. After withdrawal the data is deleted unless there is another lawful basis for keeping it.
Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not pass the data to third parties, does not use it for mailing lists and does not sell it.
